Stage 2: Modeling

Within 3 days the bioengineers and medical engineers propose several variations of models of implants based on computer tomography. Working closely with the surgeons we select the best option for prototyping.

Step 1: Computed tomography imaging

Step 2 and step 3: Printing of plastic and then metalic implants

CT or MRI scanning

CT or MRI scanning of the patient to get damaged or deformed bone(s). After reception of CT at our premises, we create a 3D model of the bone based on CT

How we work

Patient-Specific Cranio-Maxillofacial (CMF) Implants. Relating to the whole area of the mouth, jaws, face, skull, and associated structures

An orthopedic implant is a medical device manufactured to replace a missing joint or bone or to support a damaged bone

Three-dimensional (3D) virtual implant modeling and surgical planning, fabrication of anatomical models for the patient-specific implants (PSI)

Fabrication methods of the patient-specific implants (PSI): 5x CNC milling or 3D printing

Consultancy & Training

Our experienced doctors in customized orthopedic surgery from different corners of the world are ready to consult and train doctors to perform successful surgery

The bioengineers and medical engineers propose several variations of models of implants based on the computer tomography within 3 days. Working close to the surgeons we select the best option for prototyping.

After finalization of the design of the implant, we prepare the plastic model of bone and the implant and send to the doctor for fitting within 3-7 days. The doctor examines and suggests final corrections if any.

Manufacturing of customized implants

We provide Titanium and PEEK implants using high-quality medical graded raw materials.
